Refunds are processed within 10 days after check-out.

Week day Rates: Monday - Thursday
Weekend Rates: Friday - Sunday

Rental Fees are paid in CASH (U.S. Currency) at the time
of check-in.
Deposit is required to reserve your dates of rental.

Cleaning Fee: A $40.00 Cleaning Fee, in addition to
nightly rates, is required on all rentals. Additional cleaning
fees may be charged on longer rentals. Cleaning Fee will be collected at time of check in.
Cancellation must be received in writing 14 days prior
to arrival to avoid loss of Security Deposit.If you do not
arrive and do not cancel your reservation by the cancellation deadline your Security Deposit will be forfeited.
